We are coming closer to releasing the sjsEbay API package. This will be a wrapper class for implementing the eBay XML API in PHP4.
I was searching for an all inclusive wrapper package that I could deploy inder PHP4 with little modification to my scripts. I impressed with the packages that were out at this time but they were not exactly what I was needing. Package 'services_ebay' for PEAR was only workable under PHP5 and the Germans had the only other workable package without using the SOAP architecture. The problem with phpat, eBay accelerator toolkit, was, it was out of date and built less object oriented than I would like. So this is what I did.
I began to undertake this with the help of many components from the open source community and decided that I should release this back to the OSS community because of all the great software that I have received. I know its not the best software producted, but I invite a better programmer to help me in the finalization of the product.
For the api documentation follow the links following. SJS Ebay Documentation. I am looking to post the source code on sourceforge.net, but my code is not up to open source standards so I don't feel confortable showing it to the world just yet. Give me some time in beta and I will release it.
