Where have my google rankings gone?Has anyone else noticed that there is very little logic with the google ranking scheme.
I have posted my site and it has been up for quite some time and everyone once in a while google gives me this dance it does and then it just craps on my ranking. I am trying to figure out the general logic that they use to determine their rankings. If fact my site all but dissappears from the search engine all together.
Maybe I am over optimized.
Maybe I am just not very lucky.
There was another site that I have been battling with for quite some time. It has hidden links and the whole can of spam.
Something I don't understand is how I am blasting away on yahoo and msn, but google is on a whole other page. Their link weighting process might have been great before other people found out about it but now that there is a million and one free for all link pages out there I can't seem to get anywhere unless I get signed up in link exchange programs. |
